Holding a durian while making the lustiest face ever is also an option, did that once and the Indian girl driver next car lick her lips XP ...while people around waiting for the green light in tense, we had a great laugh back then.
Can't figure? Well then just dance>w<> to step outside your veh and go too wild till a bike run over you!) try as well to tempt others around to dance along.

LOL! i wouldn't dare to do ANYthing peculiar except smiles to my traffic-lights neighbors....or if i dont feel like smiling, i wud just make dunno...huhu...
u're like my younger bro, he always wanted & do stuffs that attract other drivers/mobile passengers attention n then enjoy laughing at their response...silly...

My Dad told me this thing that happened while he was really young.
He was on his bike. Stopped at a traffic light. And then... he noticed a RM5 note on the ground. He got off his bike just to get the money and the light had already turned green.
Everyone else behind were honking and shouting angrily. He didn't care. He was so desperately in need of money at the time.
Once he got the money, he just got back on his bike, and rode off.
Hahaha...
